    When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged upon checkout once your order is submitted. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.

      When will my credit card be refunded?

        Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account statement (depending on your financial institution).

        RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

          Please note that we only accept returns purchased through our online store www.rwnbyrawan.com. If your item was purchased through another retail or department store, we kindly ask you to address your return or exchange inquiries with them.

          We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

          How can I make an exchange?

            At this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange using the complimentary return label and check the box for exchange on the return form. You will still need to place a new order online at www.rwnbyrawan.com.

            Where should I ship my return to?

              All items that are eligible for return will come with a pre-paid shipping label, making your return free. Please fill out the return form completely and place it inside the package with your return along with the packing slip. Then just peel off the label, affix it to the outside of your package and drop it off at a UPS location. Please make sure to include the packing slip with the completed return form in the package before sending.               How should I ship my return?

                In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the return form completely including the return reason section and include the packing slip. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return label, affix it to the outside of your package and drop it off at a UPS location.                 Do you offer Free Shipping?

                  Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100, and we offer free returns!

                  Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?

                    We only ship to valid residential addresses; no P.O. boxes please.

                    How do I know that my order has been shipped?

                      You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. If we have not answered your question, Contact Us.
